Private Party Policy

The $150 deposit made to reserve a party is non-refundable and non-transferable. Party date and time can not be changed.

Party balance due is subject to change depending on party options selected and the number of children attending.

Party balance due for the party package selected will be charged in full, if the party is not cancelled 7 days prior to scheduled party time.

Party package does not include gratuity, 15% gratuity is recommended.

Guest have up to 10 minutes to exit The Awesome Playground after the party. If guests do not leave, additional $50 may be added to your balance.

Staff will ask all guests to complete and sign a safety release prior to entering the play space.

No shoes are allowed in the indoor or outdoor play space. Please inform adult guests to bring socks, otherwise socks will be provided at the cost of $1 per pair, which will be added to your balance.

Children under the age of 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The outdoor area featuring the 60 foot obstacle course and slide is available based on weather conditions, including forecast for rain & wetness of the ground.

No refund or discount will be given if we are unable to use the outside area due to rain or excessive wind.

No substitutions for any party package items other than the cake. Cake can be substituted for one single toping x-large pizza or one dozen latex balloons.

You are welcome to bring outside food, drink and decoration. No confetti allowed in The Awesome Playground.

All party packages include admission for 20 children and unlimited adults with maximum capacity at The Awesome Playground is 80 people. Children in excess of 20 children, will be charged $10 per child.

If using the outdoor dining area, drinks in glass bottles are not allowed due to safety concerns for the children.
